I took my phone, which is still under contract to cellc umhlanga for repairs, only to be told that the warranty on my phone has expired. I take a two contract but get only a one year warranty, what is that? So i phone the call centre and speak to Teresa and she tells me that I broke my phone, so cellc cannot repair my phone. Now I must pay for a phone that I cannot use? is this good customer service? i will be re-considering re-newing my contract after this. Highly unacceptable.
