TERRRIBLE SERVICES AND FALSE INFORMATION

First I was given false information after confirming the details twice, and then the contract can't be changed, although it is within 7 days and I was not at fault. When the contract is cancelled and the phone is returned, a second debit order is being deducted and I must just wait for my refund... If I am going to get it!
