Do you have lots of time to waste, want to add stress to your life, and fancy complaining to a rock? Use CellC, believe and your nightmare will begin..Mine started 6months ago when I enquired about contracts via the Internet, and Cell phoned me. I clearly explained that I was not interested in the contracts at that moment, as I was waiting for my contracts with Vodacom to expire. The lady noted that she understood and she informed me that a blank e-mail will be send to me. She repeatedly assured me that they cant, and won't issue any contract without me replying to the mail and without me sending a copy of my I.D.I was told to reply when I am ready for the contracts. I never did either. She told me to answer questions in order for them to do a credit-check to save time. CellC delivered the phones and my 15year old received them. I called them the next day, and they promised to call back within 48 hours-never happened. I phoned many times, spending loads of time and money, but they simply never call back. I spend hours in a CellC shop where an employee used her phone in order to help me. They agreed to fetch the phones and cancel the contracts, They never did. I have a list of ref. numbers etc.
