Hi there. I am apalled at the level of service that I am receiving from CELLC. I have been a customer for many years. I am so not happy, that I am willing to end my contracts and go to a different service provider. I am 2 months overdue on upgrade. The reason is that none of the stores at N1city or canalwalk carry stock of the phones that I want to sign the deals on. They only have the most expensive phones and deals available. That is not right. I am the customer and demand to get the deal as advertised. A salesman by the name of "Phillip" at canalwalk promised to call me in this week to say I can come in and fetch my phones and sign my deals, but nothing happened. Yippee for service!!!
