Poor Service and Lack of Response

For 2 months now we have had an issue with our home uncapped dsl service. In the early morning, 4 - 8am our 4mbps line reports a speed of 3.5mbps. According to Telkom this is within the normal range. From 8 till 8 the speed drops to between 2 and 3mbps. Again, according to the powers that be this is within the norms for this time frame. However, after 8 the speed drops even further to less than 1mbps. Sometimes as low as 0.04mbps. Every time we report this to Web Africa, we are given a new ticket number and requested to perform more tests. Web Africa state that the problem is reported to Telkom. Telkom have replied once stating that everything is OK from their end. Clearly it is still a fault as tonight the speed tests report 0.5mbps. No one from Web Africa has yet to tell us what is wrong, and what is being done to rectify the situation, only more requests to perform more tests.
