After sending a support ticket to Web Africa regarding my poor speed an agent got back to me in remarkable time requesting speed tests. Good start BUT never heard from them again until the system automatically emailed me stating that they hadn't heard from me in 48 hours and was the issue resolved, I replied accordingly that I was awaiting feedback. An agent once again requested speed tests be done and the cycle started again - This continued for 3 weeks until today when I decided to phone them and tried to speak to a manager as the agent on the line once again asked for speed tests. No manager was available but Sureshnee was going to be in the office at 9. I requested that she call me at 9, by 12 I called again, once again nobody was available and I insisted on being called again. At 2pm I called again with the same results. I missed a call from Kevin Nel at 3:30pm and at 4pm when I could call back he was gone and nobody was available to assist once again.
I am now waiting till Monday for my speed issue to be resolved failing which I will be requesting a refund up until my support ticket was logged and I will find a new ISP.
