After logging a call regarding poor to absolutely no mobile and data coverage at my home, I am now even more frustrated and disappointed in CellC as I'm overseas at the moment and unable to send sms's. It is my only means of keeping in contact with family and friends back home and now I'm unable to do this as CellC is truly useless and pathetic! Upon my return to SA, I am going to take this matter up with the Ombudsman as I want out of this contract. CellC is not delivering on their promise and contractual agreements! I have no way of communicating, whether home or abroad! CellC is a real let down. I was with MTN for years and although they are more expensive, I was ALWAYS assured of coverage no matter where I was. Local or abroad... CellC is really the pits!!!
