MTN R5300 from me

On the 31.5.2013 I migrated my anytime 1200 to pay as you go. I received an sms reference number from mtn confirming the migration to pay as you go. MTN have continued to bill me for 4 months. I have a positive credit of R5400 of unused airtime. I have been in contact with the service department, [Email Removed] who has not even bothered to reply to my queries. MTN are . I do however have to state that all South African mobile companies are just as bad so good luck.
