Problem not resolved since June 2013

I have gone onto Hellopeter before so I am not repeating the whole story. The bottom-line is that I was misinformed by Autopage when renewing my contract and it was useless for the purpose I wanted it for. There has been conversations back and forth and I was eventually that they admitted they were at fault and that I can cancel my contract or move me to another provider. After being with them for longer than 10 years I opted to end my contract which turned out to be the correct decision. The guy, think called Daniel said that he would sort out all paperwork and send it through. Since then which was on the 8th October I have not heard anything. I have since obtained a new contract with a new provider who is excellent but money is still being deducted by Autopage! Wake up guys!!! You admitted on a recorded line that you were at fault. Stop billing me and cancel my contract!!! I no longer want anything to do with you!!!
