After lodging a complaint on Hellopeter, I thought I will be credit for everything I were wrongly charged for, but you just can't seem to get it right, you were meant to credit me the full amount of for a blackberry that I don't use anymore, because I've upgraded my contract to the Samsung s3. I have send all my invoices to the consumer for further investigation, because I have asked you to credit it once before, but I am still being charged for things that should've been credit for.
