I had phones delivered to me by Elite phones with vodacom sim cards. Ireturned the phones back as they were the wrong ones and were collected by the same company. I did not even open the phones as they were not gonna be taken back if i had tampered with the seals, it was so also with the Vodacom sim card, i never opened the sim cards later on never used any Vodacom products. To my surprise today i received an e-mail for a final demand of payment to the value of R445.First thing i never used or opened the sim card, im sure they can check on their systems on the usage of the sim card, as to how they billing on a non used sim card amazes me. I need the collections people from Vodacom who sent me the e-mail to contact me and settle their account and close this issue. I will wait for their call, im dissappointed and angry, and i wonder, is this the way Vodacom treats their clients? My service provider is one of the best, and will never use any vodacom products me and my family.
