We had the cursed experience of the modem at our office having reset it's self miraculously over the weekend and after calling in at least 6 times to Telkom WITH NO JOY AT ALL, I finally came across Dale Van Wyk, in the ADSL Tech Support department! he was patient, knowledgeable, HELPFUL and most importantly he sorted out our problem. TELKOM, he is the caliber of person you want representing you as an organization, and should be acknowledged for his customer Service skills. Dale, Thank you kindly for your help much appreciated!
