After logging a problem with my ADSL line, Ernest responded quickly and was SUPER-efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He had the problem in hand immediately and the solution was rapid. I really hope Ernest is appreciated and valued by Telkom. He deserves accolades. The public is always so ready to send in complaints, but good work is not acknowledged.
