Paid 1800 for the prepaid 60Gb once off data plan.
3G coverage on 8Ta non existent.
After 3 weeks and over R200 of personal airtime to call them and resolve the issue 8Ta agreed to do a refund.
Yippee.
More than a month later. Still waiting.
Apparently their accounts dept never had my contact details. Have to say that it was on all the logged calls because you called me a few times as well.
