I have been living in Vorna Valley for few months. It's embarrassing for me to say, we don't have a proper ADSL speeds. The maximum I have experienced so far is 600Kbps. Reason being far from Exchange (Halfway House).
I have requested several times to the technical department, to reroute the telephone box in Anton Hartman road to Kayalami Hills exchange as opposed to Halfway house. Then we will get a proper speeds.
Till now, no action has been taken by Telkom. It's not just me, the entire Vorna Valley (Connected to box in Anton hartman road) is experiencing this problem.
