My current phone giving me problems and does not work I decide to call Cell C to confirm when my upgrade is due, they confirmed that I am due for the upgrade. Gave me a selection of phones and gave me the estimated time of delivery. When I finally received my new phone, they issued my a Blackberry Z10 and failed to deliver the new mini sim card and the SD card. After numerous attempts at calling the call centre and waiting for over 10minutes to find out what is happening, they repeatedly cut the calls. To add insult to injury, no one calls me back. I am considering changing my service provider if this is how they value their clients. SO CELLC I give you the opportunity to fix YOUR mess or lose a client that has been with you for 10 YEARS. AWAITING YOUR RESPONSE
