About a week ago, i had a complaint regarding my billing. Although i still feel that i have not been given the correct information when doing my upgrade, airtime lost and extremely high biilling for this month, i called into the call centre to query this again..
I was helped by Destiny (I really hope that this is her name!) at about 17:37pm and it was the best experience i have had with a call centre agent. She was helpful, efficient and most importantly, she listened to what i had to say.. She explained everything to me in a professional manner, even willing to go through who i called etc.
Even though the query was not resolved, i felt that i needed to compliment her on a job well done.
