I met a representative for Destiny Direct, Dream Card. He Told me the card was going to give me discounts, It was during lunch and I was in a hurry. I explained I had no time, He asked for my details and said the head office would call and explain everything then I can confirm if I want the card. That is the reason I signed, I never got a call or message from the Head office but my account was debited. I called the office they told me that they cant refund me and cancelled the policy. this is not fair as according to the consumer act, this is misrepresentation. I would like Destiny Direct to refund my money.
