Am I ever going to get a response to my query/complaint regarding the awful experience we had at Destiny Spa? I don't want to have to take this to HelloPeter, but feel I may have to! I really would appreciate the refund of my wasted R800.00.

I have been trying to contact someone on the number 021 21 7100 and my daughter also sent an email to [Email Removed] but have had no response. We wish to express our great disappointment and dismay at the 'treatment' we received, or rather, did not receive at the Destiny Spa on 7 February 2013, using the voucher I purchased!
