Debit order canseleld and not willing to help

MTN stoped our debit order. As I do not always check we did not realise it. They gave us up to the attorneys. After having to pay al lot of money re reactivat this we struggled to get the simcard reactivated. Now 3 months has past. We still can not use the sim. Finally i went to a MTN in Kuruman. I need to know what we owe MTN as the debit order is stil not going of. After a few minites they still can not get the sim working. Again the sim is blocked because of no payment but no one wants to help me to find out what we owe them because the contract is not on my name. Its on my husband. He works from 5 to 10 at night. He does not have time to call I can show my mairage certificate but still no one wants to help us. How am I suppose to pay them if I do not know how much we owe them.
