I had wonderful service from Monique when I applied for a new contract at MTN. All the years I have been a Vodacom customer, but I wanted to open a new contract at MTN because of a specific phone (Sony Xperia M) which they are advertising on their current brochure, just for Monique to let me know 4 days later they are not even getting any stock of that phone?! How is this possible? I have called the call center, had such bad service, all they are telling me is they don't have stock! I have asked to speak to a manager, no one can put me through to a manger, and I have left my number twice already, no call backs! This is not good enough! This is false advertising, I am not even a MTN client yet, and already I am VERY disappointed! I am looking for a solution, and quickly too!
