Why should I accept a repair on an a new phone

I took a contract with Nashua Moblie 4 the black berry Z10, received my phone on the11-09-13, the device was faulty from the day received I thought that it was because it needed to be set up properly.so we called the smart sqaud to come set it up, only to discove there was a fault wit the micro phone. I could only make and receive calls on loud speaker, not using the headset @ all.so I deciede to take it back to the (17-09-13) store were I reciceved the most disgusting after sales service. I was told the phone is scratched and need to go for repairs. I have had the phone for under a week! that is utter bull! I have had no respons from the owner (christian david) and I have left countless messages to no avail.why should I pay for a brand new phone to get taken to repairs instead of giving me a new 1.I wanna cancel my contract 4 the pathetic service and inconvience caused.highly off never ever will I take up a contract with nashua moblie!
