While traveling abroad, data and calls was charged to my account. I have been requesting MTN since early Aug 2013 to investigate. The refuse!! They eventually came back with some info but still not resolved. I reported this as potential but they still not taking this seriously. So the only logical assumption is that they are deliberately and the only option I have is to report them to the authorities. Have been a client with the, for of 16 years, they just don't care.
