It is 10 days since I reported this problem, and since You promised to report back and to investigate into the problem. Up to date I have had no reply from you or your company. Can you please investigate and report back what happened to my payments? I have once again received unwelcome phone calls from your call center. Would like to hear from you soon, Regards, H Louw
