I have called in twice requesting my login details to be sent to me as well as trying twice to do it online but no information is sent to my phone or e-mail addresses.
All I want to do is get into my customer zone so that I can amend details and purchase hosting and more domains but I can't help but want to consider doing this at one of their competitors.
