I have been having problems with my iPhone5 . The problem is for the past two weeks there is a poor signal when I need to access the App store, e-mails and Whatsapp, even Facebook. I then went to the Cellc in Westgate and no one could assist me with his, how can u sell a product and not know how to use it. The told me to go to iStore in Clearwater Mall, was assisted and told that there is a problem with my sim and I should go to Cellc for a sim swap. My problem is I have to pay for this as my Data is not accessed from my sim. Why should I pay as I am paying more than R400 p/m for the services. Not that I don't have have the money I have it buy I don't feel hat I should pay it why should I, I pay enough monthly. What should I do. I trust iStore as they have assisted me previously with my iPad
