Got a call from mobimoola agent selling the loans which was interesting so i agreed and had to wait for 2 days fro the pin which never came so decided to call them and they promised to transfer via eft which never happen, have been calling their call centre which just rings un answered and also emailed them to cancel but still no responce.
come month end they deduct money from my account FOR WHAT I DONT know as i have cancelld and also again on the 15 they deduct money.

can you please refund me my money and also stop tricking us consumers you have my details (ref no100225874369
