Shocking service!

More than a week ago I signed a new contract at MTN The Glen, they said it would take a day or two to port my number over from Nashua Mobile and I could then fetch my phone.

It is now more than a week later and my number has still not been ported successfully. I have also had to chase the service representative constantly as she fails to keep me updated as to what is going on.

Really disgusting service from MTN.
