I sent an email to hostmaster on the 6th of Sep 2013 requesting that the Domain [URL Removed] be transfered from Telkom to another hosting service provider but I do not get any response from them.
Tried to call 10217 like I was advised by consultants and I still do not get any assistance. This is becoming a problem as I do not have a business email address with a proper domain like any business should have.
What should one do to get assistance now?
Will I get any assistance in this regard? Should I try a different host maybe? This is a matter of emergency
