We have been 8ta customers for about 18 months. In the beginning we experienced amazing internet speeds - I do not know the technical terms AT ALL. The upload and download speed was regularly above 20kps even up to 200 at times - it now hovers on less than 1 and often cuts to 0.00 for a minute at time.
We purchased our second 60 60 package and told all our friends that it was the best deal around. So with package bought there is no getting out of it - even though it is not remotely close to the service we were receiving.
8ta - you need to update something to get back to the standard you originally offered.
