I have had a cellphone contract with this company and have been paying via debit order. I decided last month (August) that i want to pay-up and close my account. I phoned their Call Center and they advised me that my contract would be finished in two month's time. I insisted i wanted to pay it off for (Sept and Oct), and they gave the outstanding balance with the banking details. I made the payment on 20 August to fully pay and close the account. I have since requested them to sent me the paid-up letter. They have since sending me from pillar to post with new stories everyday. The last of their story which seem to be a joke is that i still owe them for October. Their name is appearing on my credit profile and I need it cleared, but not winning with their incompetent consultants, rotten and filthy services.
