A couple of months ago a 8ta consultant came past my store to ask if I would like to become a wifi hotspot. I was very interested and asked for his contact details. He did'nt have a card on him but said he would pop in the following week to finalise. Never saw him again. Since then I have been emailing and calling only to find that noone at 8ta can help me.
I get put on hold for 10 minutes.
Noone replys to my emails via the website.
When I email mobile service, I'm told that I must email via website which noone replies to.
More good service from a South African company!!!
