Vodacom
UNLAWFUL, Non-removal of listing on credit bureau

Status of unemployment submitted. Bernie passes the buck to Helene Thomas and Noleen Yen of Sterdebt or whatever they call themselves who are the Vodacom's collection agent. After re-submitting the affidavit and an undertaking that the situation will be revisited in 6 months time and after they undertook to remove my listing on my credit report, to date it has NOT BEEN DONE. Also, Helen and Noleen requested very personal documentation to make sure I am not lying of which it is unlawful to even ask for those documents. Then Bernie passes the buck after stating in writing that numerous calls were made to their call centre and hence the e-mails with affidavit, she then passes it on to Helene who was none the better with requests/responses as her colleague Noleen Yen referred the matter to her after she could not respond to my questions. Furthermore I reported to all of them that because of the listing I could not be shortlisted as a candidate for a job with a recruiter being cc'd on the e-mail today as further proof. I demanded that the listing be removed by noon today. People, take note of the terrible service and undertakings they make without acting on them. UNACCEPTABLE!
