A huge thank you to the individual in e-service Mr Ikraam Abrahams for promptly following up on my complaint lodged last week on this site. I appreciate the undertaking by Vodacom and their generous refund offer of the airtime that had been deducted by an unidentified company without my consent. Vodacom is one of those rare organizations that essentially care about offering unsurpassed customer service. Much appreciated.
