Agent Hung Up On Me

I just got called by a Vodacom "Migrations" agent who informed me that I buy R25 extra airtime every month on my top Up R135 package and that I would get more of a benefit from my money spent if I moved onto a R200 package. When I asked him how spending an extra R40 per month that I probably wont use would benefit me, he hung up on me!

This is not the kind of service I expect from a leading cellular company! They are welcome to call me with a valid offer that would benefit me, but not to waste my time and then drop the call!!
