I have been a client of A & G for 10 years, as Murphy would have it the month that I have a break in my debit order returned, by that time I had paid more than R 60 000 in premiums, my child was traumatised and I had a claim of R20 000 only, but after being loyal for 10 years I expected a more loyal approach from such a reputable company, I was totally prepared to pay the missed debit order amount, which was about R 450,
These days a person would expect that every client is important, I changed to Dial Direct now, cheaper and better benefits, A & G would probably have had me for another 10 years if I was treated better but they could not make the calculation
