Extremely poor customer service, no interest in me

I am 47 years old and have been married for 24yrs, same guy. Latest contract a family top-up as financial structure appealed. Contract on his name. Got mugged at ATM, reported incident and bank wants proof of call to lost card division. Vodacom staff REFUSE to give proof of the call without his authorization. Have ALL his details - they are not interested. Only need proof of one call made on 1 Sep 2013 - no assistance.

Very rude service, no assistance at front desk. Probably worst branch in SA - do not go there for any help! Not my first story at this branch - will NEVER go there again.
