Cancelation of account

So mweb cancledy account today with no warnings or explanation.

I am sitting in hospital and my son phones wife telling me the internet doesnt work.

I phoned the call centre and no one can tell me why.

I really dont understand. Bur i paid for a full month and they will have to refund the days i didnt use.

Im done with MWEB im anycase and will close our business accounts with th as well.
