My dad bought a new phone, the consultant never opened it in store when I got home there was a scratch on the screen, my dad took it back within the 7 days "they claim they will exchange it" the 7 days are finished, still no new phone, the service rendered is pathetic, from the sales consultants in store to the managers, area managers and customer services! What are we paying for??? Have to drive up and down to MTN store and nobody is sorting this problem out since Sunday! PATHETIC! I'm so glad I ported to Vodacome and advising others to do the same!
