I entered into a 3G data contract 3 months ago. I got no signal reception and the 3G is as good as useless. I have phoned the call centre and gone to different branches numerous times to try and fix the problem but each time get sent from pillar to post and get nowhere. A technician was sent to my house and said I need a booster adn MTN will fit it at their cost, I am yet to see a booster installed! I would like to cancel my contract as I entered into a contract to obtain a service and for the past 3 months have got NONE! The service delivery and customer service is shocking!
