The service at Vox is really bad. To try get a hold of someone that can help takes so long. I was on the phone for almost 4 hours trying to get the account sorted. To only get to talk to support for support to tell me to go to account, accounts telling me to go to technical, and goes on and on the same way.

In August i wanted to change the banking details, I got so fed up with vox I wanted to cancel the account. I then wanted to reactivate the account as to not wanting to have the struggle to move the email domain (witch they never asked for they just closed the account) to an other provider. Having then spoken to the account manager the account was opened and the email address was opened but the internet connection (iburst as unreliable as they also are) is still locked. I started emailing people at vox one who was willing to help the others only to constantly push the blame on something or someone else.

I cant understand how one person can say that nothing is wrong with the account and then others say its blocked. It takes forever to phone to only get cut off. Maybe one day this issue can get sorted just depends how long it will take.
