I've been trying to cancel a contract for 2 days

I've been trying to cancel a data contract of mine for 2 days now without any success. Either they are not working, or they are not answering or their system is down. Now hear this vodacom, at the end of the month, I stop paying for this contract, I have had it with your over enthusiasm to keep people locked in a contract, even when it is expiring
