The first day of August saw my account being debited by MTN for R549, 01.
I do not have an account with MTN.
I have received help from a lady from the company, who informed me today, that their Department was still looking into this matter.
In this time I was debited with a further R941, 41; it has been reversed but this is getting ridiculous.
Do I have to keep returning to the bank each time?!
MTN, kindly CHECK the people who are opening accounts with you. Make sure they haven't someone else's details.
