Double debited my bank account

I purchased an item and they double debited my bank account, when I notified them at the store that I've just received two sms transactions they told me it went through once. I've provided them with proof that the transaction went through twice and its been almost a month and they haven't reversed it. They keep telling me that their accounts department will refund me. Its a lesson learned, from now on I will pay cash or just go to another supplier.
