On the 6th of Feb, I went to Van Scaik Bookstore in Braamfontien to exchange a textbook, the new textbook i was supposed to get is R360 less than the original book. Till today, i am waiting for the funds to be deposited back into my account. I was contacted by a lady in the accounts department on Thursday the 14th of Jan to advise that the payment would be made into my account on Thursday and it would take 3 working days as it is being transfered from another bank. Today i called to find out what is happening as the money is still not reflecting in my account and i have been informed by another lady that they only do cheque deposits and it would take up to 10DAYS!!! This is ridiculous, why was i not informed about this on Thursday? I have been awaiting this money to pay my company back, who has now debited my account as the refund has taken too long.
