Poor product knowledge an bad response times

I have bad signal sometimes no signal. Was suppose to get 500mb of data free on received 417mb. Load my bis on my blackberry it got activated a day later after calling customer care an getting no real help just a lot of different stories.
Calls go straight threw to voicemall but my phone is on an has good signal. My bis works when it wants to an my 417 mbs that I received is disappearing and I don't know why an no one can tell me why.
Customer care isn't helpful at all except 1 agent but to get to her is close to impossible. Data can't help me cause they say only my wife can call an verify my account cause the sim was rica on her id. No sms feedback like I was promised no contact about my account after the 72hrs. And false information was given to me
