This is extremely frustrating!! Since April, this is now the 3rd (possibly 4th time) I do not receive my 200mb Data bundle. The last time I called, I requested an explanation on why this is happening and have still not received an answer. I've just phoned the call centre and another fault has been logged (with a 48 hour SLA). Log number is 103863670.
What is happening at MTN? The service is ridiculous. If anyone takes the time to listen to my call I made today, you will see that the call centre person doesn't even have the skills to work in a call centre. I had to check a few times to make sure that someone was still on the line. Also the email response when I phoned in previously was received from an email address that showed no reference to MTN. And the format of the information was almost unreadable. Unbelievable!
MTN, you need to seriously look at your customer service. It has gone down the drain!
Nevertheless, I need my data... TODAY. And this problem needs to be fixed and a proper explanation given why I have to waste my time each month requesting something that I'm supposed to receive automatically.
