Laid 3 Complaints to MTN, Laid a Hello peter complaint. Was assured someone would Get back to me. I'm still having tons of issues, Still getting no service. No-one should use MTN for a service provider as they provide no service what so ever. I have so many reference numbers and no joy: 7009338, REQ:2559312, MTN REQ:2600668, REQ:2619132. I keep getting told that a agent will get back to me in 24, 56, 48 hours and no one ever contacts me. Absolutely pathetic. No one has phoned me. I'm still unable to use my Internet I pay for monthly. No thanks to MTN.
