Since July 2013 Cell C has been having their way with my contract and bank account. 2 Months later they are still billing me for their incompetence.
Refunding me has also been in their hands and they have the final say as far as taking from my bank account and refunding me. Their refund policy of 7 working days has now extended to 21. The total amount due to me has also diminished from R1465, 83 less my subscription to just over R900.
I have been calling and emailing Cell C from 14 August 2013 with no response or follow-ups from them. I have a list of names of ppl I've had promise me that they will call back and follow up and keep me informed and I am still left wanting. Why can I not have an email address from a manager at Escalated Queries? Are they working for National Security that they cannot be contacted by their clients?
Where do I go when the ppl responsible WONT help me? Where do I go when Cell C WONT contact me and do as they please with my money?
Who do I go to when a Corporate Company shows no humanity, empathy of even business ethics???
