Two weeks later and still no technician out despite the numerous phone calls to Sibusiso the technician manager, giving empty promises on a daily basis that a technician will be available day after day. I have been calling daily, even on their cell numbers at my own cost and daily there is blame shifting. I called telkom today again and the customer service agents keeps you holding on deliberately after asking to speak to a manager. Eventually a team leader, jasmin takes the call and after explaining the frustration I'm experiencing, she promises to get a senior manager from the faults department to call back.
I waited till 16:30 as promised and no call.
This is really disappointing to think that you pay for a service that is never really taken serious. The time off from work to accommodate the technicians who never come as promised. Is this how telkom treats their clients fairly???
To date my line is not repaired and I'm paying for a service that is not delivered or been used. Highly disappointed!!!
